Whether it's using a hammer on United Way's Day of Caring, providing holiday cheer to a local family through the Adopt-A-Family program or donating to local food banks across the country, our people are always ready to pitch in and make a difference.We support many local groups and events such as the 24 hour Relay, Washtenaw Literacy, the Literacy Coalition of Washtenaw County, Printing Industries of Michigan and Greater Ann Arbor Society for Human Resource Management.

We enjoy an atmosphere where continual improvement is encouraged and supported. Our team members are committed to minimizing waste and improving processes as well as themselves.

The Idea Team

Knowing that our team members have a wealth of experience and knowledge, we instituted a program to garner ideas for process improvement. Team members are encouraged to submit their ideas no matter how large or small. Widespread participation supports our goals of excellence and helps keep the company moving forward.

Wellness Team

The M&G Wellness Team, through its various activities, strives to raise awareness of all team members on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The membership of this team is comprised of team members across the organization. The Team sponsors activities throughout the year including on-site screenings, seminars and initiatives that challenge team members to adopt healthy eating habits and increase physical activity.
